Westmont Living is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales Director) at Westmont of Riverside to develop relationships with prospective residents and families, drive occupancy, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced senior living community.

The role requires strong communication, computer software skills, and the ability to close sales while maintaining regulatory compliance and teamwork in a competitive market.

Competenze

• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships, discover needs, present solutions, close sales and handle post-sales activities.
• Drive occupancy at the community with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong customer service mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Must complete background checks and health screenings as required.

• Establishing and maintaining client relationship, discovery of clients' needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community’s products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
