Job summary

Regency Grand of West Covina is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing) to craft compelling experiences for prospective residents and families. You will market our assisted living and memory care community, build relationships with social workers, case managers, physicians, and religious leaders, and drive occupancy with a passionate, professional approach.

You will coordinate tours, lead outreach, and present the Cascade Living mission to communities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience preferred, healthcare background helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue goals through the Sales and Marketing process.
• Follow up with inquiries and nurture warm leads.
• Conduct on-site tours and build professional referrals with healthcare and community contacts.
• Organize targeted events monthly and perform competitive analyses.
