Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. seeks a Community Relations Director for our Santa Barbara senior living community. You will build relationships with prospective residents and families, assess their needs, and guide admissions.

In a fast-paced sales role, you will drive occupancy, deliver excellent service, and handle post‑sale activities. Experience with CRM software and health-screen processes is a plus. We offer competitive pay, daily pay, holidays, benefits after 30 days, 401K match, tuition

Qualifications

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
• Discovery of clients’ needs and desires, identifying effective solutions with the community’s products and services.
• Closing, and post-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Driving the occupancy at the community.
• Great customer service mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer software skills are a must.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screenings (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
