Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Bellevue, WA seeks a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to drive occupancy growth through strategic outreach and relationships with referral sources.

You will lead the sales and marketing plan, manage leads, tours, and CRM (Yardi), and supervise the sales team while ensuring resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. This role requires senior living sales experience and a passion for serving seniors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relational sales experience in senior living or related settings.
• Positive team player with a passion for serving seniors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to manage time effectively with initiative and good judgment.
• Willing to work evenings and/or weekends if needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and facilitate the annual marketing plan with ED and teams.
• Build and manage the lead base; respond to inquiries in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue per business and marketing plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Follow up with potential residents and referral sources.
• Maintain CRM data accurately (Yardi).
• Supervise and motivate all sales team members.
• Foster resident satisfaction by connecting residents and staff.
• Understand care regulations for proper placement and education.
• Represent the community at outreach events and trade shows.
• Monitor promotional item inventory and print advertising needs.
• Manage social media accounts and marketing budget.
