Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Bellevue, WA seeks a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing initiatives, drive occupancy growth, and manage community outreach. You will build relationships with referral sources, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with regional teams to execute strategic plans.

The role requires a background in relational sales with a customer-service mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relational sales experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and execute the annual marketing plan with leadership input.
• Develop and manage lead base, respond to inquiries, and track status.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue targets per plans.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Provide sales activity reports with next steps.
• Follow up with referrals and interested parties.
• Maintain CRM (Yardi) data accuracy.
• Supervise and motivate sales team.
• Foster resident satisfaction through strong relationships.
• Understand care regulations for proper placement.
• Participate in outreach events and community functions.
• Monitor promotional materials and print advertising needs.
• Manage social media accounts and marketing budgets.
