Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to lead outreach, build referral networks, and drive occupancy growth for our Bellevue, WA community. You will manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with regional marketing to execute strategies that meet occupancy targets.

You will supervise the sales team, maintain CRM (Yardi), and ensure exceptional resident experiences while balancing marketing budgets and program visibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relational sales experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for occupancy growth.
• Manage lead base and respond to inquiries in real time.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for prospective residents and families.
• Maintain CRM (Yardi) and provide sales activity reports.
• Supervise and motivate sales team; monitor budget and pricing.
