Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing for the Wenatchee community, building relationships with referral sources, generating qualified leads, and driving occupancy growth. You will conduct tours, coordinate with regional sales, manage the lead pipeline in Yardi, supervise the sales team, and ensure resident satisfaction through strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relational sales experience in assisted living and/or healthcare settings.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and facilitate the annual marketing plan with ED, corporate marketing, and operations.
• Develop and manage the lead base, responding to inquiries in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue according to business and marketing plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or families.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Manage follow-ups with potential residents and referral sources.
• Maintain Yardi CRM accurately and promptly.
• Supervise, direct, and motivate all sales team members.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through relationships with residents and staff.
• Understand care regulations for proper placement and education of prospects.
• Represent the community at outreach events and trade shows.
• Monitor promotional item inventory and marketing budget.
