Cogir Senior Living seeks a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing efforts across a Washington state community. You will drive occupancy growth by building referral networks, conducting tours, and collaborating with regional teams to exceed goals.

You will manage leads, respond to inquiries, maintain the Yardi CRM, supervise the sales team, and ensure resident satisfaction through strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3–5 years in relational sales, preferably in assisted living or healthcare.
• High School diploma required; marketing/business degree preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for occupancy growth.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Conduct community tours and respond to inquiries in real time.
• Maintain and analyze lead base; generate qualified referrals.
