Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing efforts for our Edmonds community. You will identify referral sources, generate qualified leads, conduct tours, and drive occupancy growth while collaborating with regional teams to implement marketing strategies.

The role requires guiding the sales team, maintaining strong resident and family relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relational sales experience, preferably in senior living or related fields.
• Strong client relationship development and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies for the community.
• Create and manage annual marketing plans with leadership input.
• Grow leads, respond to inquiries, and conduct tours for prospects.
• Maintain occupancy levels and revenue per marketing plans.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team; report on activity and results.
