Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings with ownership to signed contracts. You will close multi-location groups with many communities, guided by our inbound and SDR-led meetings.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Expect long 3–12 month sales cycles with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and opportunities to expand as groups sign.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to prepare impactful proposals.
