Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will manage multi-stakeholder discussions with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across groups, with one win covering many locations.

You will drive end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery through proposals and negotiation, with inbound and SDR-generated meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or related multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close, typically 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to add locations and services after a deal signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
