Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living of Hallowell seeks a Program Coordinator to organize daily staffing, oversee staff duties, and supervise resident services to ensure quality care for all residents and families.

You will coordinate admissions with the Administrator, monitor care quality, and mentor staff to uphold safety and satisfaction. Requirements include a current CRMA certification, immunization proof, and a valid Maine driver license, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a current CRMA certification and be willing to complete PSS training.
• Proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza and COVID required.
• A valid Maine driver license may be required and driving record acceptable to the company.
• Strong command of English with ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff; assist with evaluations.
• Facilitate development, implementation and evaluation of resident services; monitor care quality and compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise pre-admission/admission processes to maintain census and support prospective residents and families.
• Coordinate assessment and service plan process to identify needs and implement plans.
• Report complaints, grievances or rights violations to the Administrator/Executive Director.
