Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living in Bridgton, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as the Resident Health & Care Services Coordinator. You will lead staff education, mentor care team, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care across Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

Responsibilities include daily clinical rounds, regulatory compliance, and collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize admissions, care planning, and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Maine.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
• Proven ability to coach, educate, and mentor caregiving staff to deliver resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff education and clinical development by designing, implementing, and delivering an annual training program.
• Serve as a clinical coach and mentor providing ongoing education and required state-mandated training.
• Conduct daily clinical rounds to oversee resident care and ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to support admissions, care planning, safety, and excellence.
