The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call weekend rotation. Salary ranges from $71,760 to $74,880 per year, reflecting leadership responsibilities in a multi-unit setting.

Formación

• Experience leading maintenance for multi-unit housing or senior living communities.
• Certification and experience in HVAC highly recommended.
• Knowledge of construction, grounds, plumbing, and refurbishing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Keep Quality Consistent: Ensure physical building and grounds are maintained to high standards.
• Be a Maintenance Manager: Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
• Be a Community Girder: Maintain resident satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Be a Safety Scout: Ensure safety of employees, guests, and residents, and address hazards.
