Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City area seeks a Plant Operations Director to lead maintenance and housekeeping, manage budgets, staffing, and safety programs across the community. The role focuses on keeping communities well-maintained, safe, and resident-friendly while coordinating with leadership to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, multi-unit experience, strong communication, and a track record of supervising teams.

Competenze

• HVAC certification is highly recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing required.
• Two+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities in apartment or multi-unit settings.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds; active incactive duties and outdoor work.
• Working knowledge of current OSHA regulations.

• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
• Maintain high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance of the buildings and grounds.
• Ensure resident satisfaction with community and apartments; respond to requests promptly.
