Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Plant Operations Director in the Akron, OH area. You will oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the community.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in apartment or other multi‑unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing.
• Ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds; active indoor/outdoor work in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards across facilities.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely handling of requests.
