Arrow Senior Living Management seeks a Plant Operations Director in the Kansas City, MO / Olathe, KS area. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a weekend rotation for duties. Salary ranges from $65,520 to $81,120 with up to $4,000 in annual bonuses.

Oversee facilities maintenance, housekeeping, budget, staffing, and safety programs. The ideal candidate has supervisory maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• HVAC certification is highly recommended.
• Two years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep quality consistent: maintain building exteriors and interiors to high standards.
• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Uphold safety standards for employees, guests, and residents at all times.
