Arrow Senior Living in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Plant Operations Director to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and safety across the community. The role combines hands-on supervision with budget oversight and coordination of vendor contracts to maintain high standards of resident comfort and safety.

This full-time position requires leadership experience in multi-unit maintenance, HVAC certification (recommended), and the ability to manage staff, schedules, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• HVAC certification is highly recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing required; landscaping a plus.
• At least two years of experience in apartment or other multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
• Active health screening and criminal clearance required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance across the property.
• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget and staffing.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely handling of requests; uphold safety of employees, guests, and residents.
