Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Plant Operations Director in the Kansas City area. This full-time role oversees maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping, with budgetary and staffing responsibilities to ensure safe, high-quality living environments.

The position requires HVAC knowledge, supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet physical demands. Salary ranges from $65,520 to $81,120 with up to $4,000 in annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HVAC certification and experience are highly recommended.
• Experience in apartment or multi-unit maintenance with supervisory duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, including inclement weather.
• Criminal clearance and health screening required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred.
