Qualifications

• Must have HVAC certification and experience in building maintenance.
• Minimum of two years in apartment or multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform active, outdoor work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing and compliance.
• Maintain high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Address resident requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Ensure safety of employees, guests and residents and manage emergencies.
