Arrow Senior Living in the Kansas City area is seeking a Plant Operations Director to lead maintenance and housekeeping, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction across the community.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with weekend on-call rotation. Salary range is $65,520 to $81,120 plus up to $4,000 in annual bonuses, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 lbs and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping including budget, staffing, and compliance.
• Maintain high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance of the building and grounds.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and address requests in a timely manner.
