Job summary

Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Regional Plant Operations Director to oversee housekeeping and plant operations across communities. You will manage budgets, staff, safety programs, and regulatory compliance while guiding teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service to residents.

This full-time, on-site role requires travel to communities, strong leadership, and a focus on efficiency, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is highly recommended.
• CPO certification and pool experience are highly recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing, and landscaping.
• At least two years of experience in apartment or other multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of current OSHA regulations.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Two years of college and at least three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement efficient processes and protocols to support daily operations.
• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
• Lead strategic planning and retention goals to reduce turnover.
• Direct the work of others and provide leadership for growth and satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regional and federal guidelines.
