Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose in Copley, Ohio is hiring a Plant Operations Director. The role leads maintenance, housekeeping and safety, with a Monday-Friday schedule and supervision of staff.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification or experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage budgets and compliance across facilities. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within the Arrow team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• HVAC certification and experience recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing required.
• Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather; ladder use required.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Keep Quality Consistent: ensure building and grounds meet high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Be a Maintenance Manager: oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping budgets, staffing, and compliance.
• Be a Community Girder: maintain resident satisfaction and address requests promptly.
• Be a Safety Scout: ensure safety of employees, guests, and residents, including emergencies.
