Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks a Move-In Coordinator in Avon, Indiana to assist new residents and families with move-in paperwork, residency agreements, and transition planning. This on-site role requires strong data handling and coordination with clinical teams.

You will calculate pro-rated rents, collect funds, coordinate apartment readiness, conduct tours, and communicate move-in statuses to managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience in senior care preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and calculate rent pro-rates.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient with computer programs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist new residents and families with move-in documentation and residency agreement.
• Calculate pro-rated monthly rate for move-ins and collect monies.
• Coordinate apartment preparation for move-in and document status.
• Conduct tours of the community and respond to inquiries when marketing is unavailable.
• Provide move-in paperwork to Business Office Manager and Health Care Coordinator.
• Follow up with new residents and families for the first month.
