Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is hiring a Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for new residents. You will leverage knowledge of products and services to engage referral sources and clients, building relationships with residents, families, and partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales and a passion for serving seniors. Experience with CRM and Yardi is preferred; a valid driver’s license is also beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Relations Director in implementing plans to acquire leads and increase census.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and enter inquiry data in the database.
• Offer community tours and share marketing materials with prospective residents and families.
• Prepare routine and special sales and marketing reports as requested.
• Assist with move-in documentation and coordination to ensure a smooth transition.
