Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to assist new residents with move-in paperwork, residency agreements, and pro-rated rent calculations. You will ensure all required documents are completed before move-in and coordinate readiness of the apartment for residents and their families.

Responsibilities include tours, inquiries, and ongoing follow-up for the first month to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience in senior care preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and calculate monthly pro-rates for rent at move-in.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient using computer programs.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist new residents and families with move-in paperwork and residency agreement.
• Complete residency agreement with resident or family.
• Calculate pro-rated monthly rent at move-in.
• Collect all monies owed at move-in.
• Prepare apartment for move-in and coordinate readiness.
• Communicate move-in status to managers.
• Conduct tours and answer inquiries when needed.
• Provide move-in paperwork for resident file setup and staffing.
