Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience in senior care preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and calculate monthly pro-rates for rent at move-in.

Responsibilities

• Assist new residents and families with the move-in process and required paperwork.
• Complete residency agreements and ensure all documents are ready before move-in.
• Calculate pro-rated monthly rent for new residents at move-in and collect all monies owed.
• Coordinate preparation of apartment and communicate move-in status to management.
• Provide tours and respond to inquiries when marketing team is unavailable.
• Follow up with new residents and families for the first month to ensure a smooth transition.
