Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to manage the move-in workflow, help residents and families with paperwork, and ensure a smooth transition into the community.

You will maintain frequent communication with prospects, internal teams, and leadership to ensure move-ins are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Monday–Friday with alternating weekend coverage, career growth opportunities, and supportive culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 1+ year in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in paperwork with the community development team and residents.
• Assist prospective residents and families in completing required documentation before move-in.
• Organize, track and distribute move-in paperwork across departments.
• Represent the community’s services and pricing accurately to prospects.
