Solera Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to manage the move-in workflow, assist residents and families with required paperwork, and ensure a seamless transition into the community. The role requires coordination with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all move-ins.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in senior living or related customer-facing roles, strong communication, organization, and a compassionate service orientation.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Move-in paperwork coordination across departments and partner with the community development team.
• Assist prospective residents and families with required documentation prior to move-in.
• Maintain CRM and marketing database records; monitor tour readiness and readiness of model spaces.
• Support weekly occupancy reporting and market analyses; participate in stand-up meetings.
