Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Medication Technician to provide safe administration of prescribed medications and deliver personal care to residents in a senior living community.

You will support ADLs, monitor vital signs when needed, and maintain accurate MAR/TAR documentation while following policy and state regulations. Excellent teamwork and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ months of experience in senior living or caregiving preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification as per state regulations may be required.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per MAR/TAR and ensure accuracy.
• Provide personal care and nursing support for residents, including ADLs and daily activities.
• Count, verify, and store medications; notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Document daily care activities and update medical charts as required (within 48 hours).
• Maintain clean and organized medication carts and restock as needed.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and general resident comfort and safety.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings to ensure compliance and quality care.
