Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ month of experience in senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with team and residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medications in accordance with regulations and MAR/TAR.
• Assist with personal care, ADLs, and routine nursing tasks as assigned.
• Maintain accurate documentation in daily logs and medical charts.
• Monitor vital signs, record weights, and report concerns to supervisor.
• Restock meds, inspect carts weekly, and ensure proper storage of medications.
