Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise self-administered medications in the Assisted Living Department, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. You will assist with daily nursing tasks, maintain medication carts, and document care and observations in the resident logs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ months of experience, and a current Medication Technician certification per state guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ months of experience; senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.
• English proficiency sufficient to perform duties and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medications per regulations.
• Count and sign narcotics with supervisor approval.
• Order medications when supply is low (≥7 days).
• Provide personal and general nursing care to residents.
• Document in the daily log and notify supervisor of concerns.
