Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance or handyman experience in a senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting.
• Broad maintenance skillset including HVAC, drywall repair and texturing, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care, and landscaping.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
• Ensure repairs are completed promptly and in compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and inventory; address maintenance issues promptly.
• Prepare vacated rooms for new residents and ensure common areas are well-maintained.
