Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Professional maintenance-related certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and appliance repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly following safety standards.
• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare for new residents.
• Maintain common areas and ensure walls, floors, doors, and woodwork are well-maintained.
• Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Coordinate with local authorities for safety and compliance.
