Cogir USA is seeking a maintenance technician to sustain the structural integrity of our senior living communities in Arizona. You will troubleshoot and repair building systems, coordinate with residents and staff, and ensure safety and quality in every task.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience in senior living or related settings and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in senior living, hotel, or multi-tenant setting.
• General maintenance skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and flooring.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and floor care.
• Complete repairs promptly while following safety standards.
• Maintain equipment, logs, inventory, and service records.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare for new residents.
• Keep common areas well-maintained and coordinate with inspectors as needed.
• Manage supplies and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Work within local/state building codes and safety guidelines.
