Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance or handyman experience in a senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting.
• Experience with HVAC, drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, basic repairs).
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; document logs and inspections.
• Repair vacated rooms and prep for new residents.
• Keep common areas in good condition (walls, floors, doors, woodwork).
• Coordinate with inspectors and authorities as required.
