Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee building upkeep across our communities. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related systems, ensuring safety and quality in every task.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance, a strong general skillset, and the ability to work independently while delivering friendly, professional service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance/handyman experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel.
• Experience with HVAC, drywall repair and texturing, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care, and landscaping.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
• Complete repairs promptly following safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and inventory and document maintenance work.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare for new residents.
• Maintain common areas and ensure proper upkeep of walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
• Coordinate with local inspectors and manage compliance with codes.
