• At least two years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel settings.
• General maintenance skills including HVAC, drywall repair, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and appliance repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintain equipment, inventories, and service logs.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare for new resident move-ins.
• Maintain common areas and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
