Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold the integrity of our Scottsdale communities. You will troubleshoot and repair building systems, perform routine upkeep, and ensure appliances and facilities meet safety standards.

This is a hands-on role that demands proactive, detail-oriented work and a commitment to resident satisfaction. You will manage logs, coordinate with inspectors, and handle inventory while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced senior

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel settings.
• Proficient in HVAC, drywall repair and texturing, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related tasks.
• Ensure repairs and service orders meet safety and operating standards.
• Maintain equipment and inventory and document maintenance logs.
