Formación
- Two years of maintenance or handyman experience in a senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting.
- Broad maintenance skillset including HVAC, drywall repair, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate professionally.
Responsabilidades
- Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
- Ensure repairs are completed promptly and safely according to standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and inventory tracking.
