Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi‑apartment, or hotel.
• Proficient in HVAC, drywall repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and floor care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care).
• Complete repairs and service orders promptly while following safety standards.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and accurate maintenance logs.
• Prepare vacated rooms for new residents and ensure common areas are well‑kept.
• Coordinate with inspectors and authorities as required.
