Atria Senior Living - Longmeadow Place in Burlington, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, and to prepare vacant apartments for rent. You will handle service requests, maintain safety standards, and may supervise vendors or staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related maintenance experience, basic arithmetic, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician.
Able to perform basic arithmetic such as measuring, totals, averages.
Able to operate general office equipment.
Able to use maintenance tools and safety equipment.
Position may require driving responsibilities and a valid driver’s license.
Must meet company vehicle policy standards.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
Complete service requests safely and timely.
Perform turnover work to prepare vacant apartments for rent.
Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
Assist with organizing service requests and tasks.
May drive company vehicle between locations or to events.
