Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service on-site communities in Bethlehem, PA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems, complete routine service requests, and perform turn-key work to prepare vacant units for rent.

The role supports residents by resolving issues promptly, promotes safety, and may supervise other staff or contractors. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Basic arithmetic for estimates, averages, percentages and totals.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and comply with vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments for rent.
• Maintain customer service by addressing resident requests and resolving issues.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Organize and prioritize maintenance tasks; may supervise other staff or contractors.
