Atria Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance across our communities. The role requires basic arithmetic, driving responsibilities, and the ability to use common maintenance tools. You will diagnose issues and perform repairs to keep units ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and analyses.
• Able to operate common maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and major appliances.
• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, safe manner.
• Perform turn-key work to ready vacant units for rent.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
