Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Burlington, MA. The role supports on-site maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems, with a focus on timely repairs and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, preparing vacants for rent, and upholding safety standards. A high school diploma (GED) and maintenance experience are preferred, with a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimations, averages and percentages.
• Able to operate general office equipment.
• Able to frequently use maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and driving responsibility.
• Must meet company motor vehicle policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Prepare vacant units to be rent-ready promptly.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Follow company policies and promote safe on-site work practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• May supervise other staff or contractors.
