Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing duties of a Maintenance Technician.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimating, averages and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and promptly.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safe work practices and comply with policies and laws.
• Assist with organizing maintenance tasks and priorities; may supervise other staff or contractors.
