Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site operations across its communities. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances while ensuring a safe, resident-friendly environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. You may perform turn-key unit upkeep and respond to resident requests as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance or Maintenance Technician duties.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as required by the community.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimating, averages, and percentages.
• Able to operate general office equipment.
• Able to use common maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, safe manner.
• Assist with maintaining vacant units to rent-ready condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housing, and company policies.
