Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems, complete service requests, and ensure apartments are move-in ready while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year in property maintenance, basic math skills, and a valid driver’s license. This role supports residents and may involve coordinating with contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic operations for estimates and analyses.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle requirements.
• Follow all company policies including safety standards and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and environmental systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Perform turn-key work to ready vacant apartment homes for rent.
• Maintain high customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Supervise other associates or contractors as needed and promote safety practices.
