Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Massachusetts communities. You will diagnose and repair systems, complete service requests, and help prepare vacant units for rent while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing maintenance duties.
• Basic arithmetic for measurements, averages and percentages.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Able to use maintenance tools and safety equipment regularly.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry issues.
• Complete service requests safely and within standards.
• Perform turnover work to make vacant apartments rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Follow company policies and promote safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to maintenance work.
• Assist with organizing service requests and possibly supervise contractors.
