Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. required.
• Three years of multi-family property management or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and comply with company vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and related systems.
• Prepare move-in ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs.
• Manage maintenance requests via the work order system and prioritize tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections and keep common areas free of trash and debris.
